SOLAR WINDOW FILM
Solar window films provide tailored solutions for enhanced performance and comfort. Clear view films improve visibility while blocking heat and UV rays, metallic films offer a reflective shine and higher performance, neutral films reduce glare and heat without a silver appearance, and exterior films reduce heat and glare while maintaining a consistent look for outdoor glass.
Features & Performance:
Very high Performance
Extremely Reflective Exterior & Interior Surface
Reduce Heat & Glare
Provides Solar & UV Ray Reduction to Existing Glass
SAFETY & SECURITY FILM
Banks, schools, and public-facing buildings rely heavily on glass at entrances, ground-floor windows, vestibules, and interior doors. Safety and security film helps reinforce those vulnerable areas by holding shattered glass together after impact.
That added resistance can help delay forced entry, giving staff and first responders more time to react. It also helps reduce the risk of flying glass caused by break-ins, severe weather, or accidental impact. The film installs directly to existing glass, giving you added protection without sacrificing visibility or replacing the entire window system.
Features & Performance:
Virtually Clear Glass Protection
Creates a Safer Work Area for Employees and Valuables
Helps Hold Glass Together In Case of Breakage
Lower Energy Costs & Reduce Glare with Security Clear View Plus

Black Out Film Eliminates Glare and Blocks Out 100% of Light
OUR INSTALL WARRANTY
The film warranty does not cover a bad install. Ours does. If film peels, lifts, or the craftsmanship is not right, we come back and fix it. No claim form, no waiting on approval from Texas. That one is on us.
10 YEAR XPEL WARRANTY
XPEL covers the film itself against manufacturing defects. Delamination, discoloring, bubbling, adhesive failure. Coverage requires professional installation by a certified installer, which is why the certification on our wall actually matters. We register your warranty at the time of install, so the paperwork is finished before you ever need it.

Frequently Asked Commercial Window Tinting Questions
Most business owners and facility managers have the same questions before a commercial install. Here are the ones we hear most. If we missed yours, just ask.
We offer our manufacturer's warranty which covers any delamination of the film, discoloring of the film, bubbling, or adhesive failure for up to 10 years . Our labor warranty covers peeling of the film or poor craftsmanship. Warranty does not cover against wear and tear such as poor cleaning, scratches, broken window etc.
Pricing will depend on type of film the customer needs, window height/location , and travel time. on average window film can cost $7-$9 sqft and up to $14-$20 for high grade ceramic films.
Some of our films are able to block out up to 55% of total solar energy and 94% of infrared heat, making office spaces and waiting rooms more comfortable and lowering the usage of AC. In some cases where windows are not facing the sun, window film may not have a great impact on energy savings besides just aesthetic looks and privacy.
Installation time depends on the size of your project and whether ladders or scaffolding are needed for hard-to-reach windows. As a general guideline, 125–160 sq. ft. of window film typically takes about 2–3 hours to install.
Your business doesn’t need to shut down while we work. Team X can schedule installation after hours or on weekends, or work around areas that remain in use during normal business hours. Once the film is installed, we simply recommend keeping hands, furniture, and equipment away from the freshly tinted glass until the film has had time to properly cure.
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to help minimize disruption to your business. We’ll work with you to find a day and time that fits your schedule and keeps the installation process as smooth as possible.
Yes. We can coordinate commercial window tinting across multiple buildings or locations. During your consultation, we’ll review each site, total square footage, and window heights so we can plan the right amount of film and bring any ladders or scaffolding needed for installation.
For multi-site projects, we’ll schedule each location accordingly to keep the process organized and minimize disruption to your business.
Before any install, we use a glass thickness gauge to measure your glass and check for Low-E coatings. That tells us which films are compatible with your windows. We also recommend contacting your window manufacturer or contractor to confirm the warranty details on their end.
